It is definitley more internationally friendly although I'm not familiar with the .nl format other than to this site. But who can argue with the great information and discussion found here. I only wish I spoke Dutch to be able to read the other posts.

Maybe it's an idea to make the english section bigger? More sub-forums etc.?

It could be. I'm not sure what other sub-forums are available in the Dutch section, but I don't see a lot of enthusiasm here for HE. Maybe compositions and such for the English though. Otherwise the section will be crowded eventually.

Hmm, I guess you're not into pr0n that much then? :P Cause I remember reading that .nl is the second most used format for pr0nsites.

Anyway, if you want some information about HE's in the english section, just start some threads. I'll be happy to post there once in a while. If you're looking for information about a certain subject but can't find it in here then just pm a mod about it and we'll see if we can find anything about it in the dutch part of the forum. It's not that much work to translate a few posts. :P

Ofcourse you can always follow some course to learn dutch, that would help you alot but it would take alot of time and effort too. It's up to you. ;)

Learning dutch just to read a forum is a waste of time. Much less effort to just translate what is of interest to you. Just open a topic of your interest and I'll fill it as good as I can.
PM anytime for info or smalltalk.

P.S. Did I see you in #Pyrotechnics?

The "learning dutch" part was just some not so obvious sarcasme. ;) I don't expect anyone to really learn dutch just for this forum, that indeed would be a waste of time. Dropping by at our IRC channel is a good way to gain some information too. At least when it's a little crowdier than now.

Well I'm not asking for HE I was just getting it out there that there hasn't been a little of talk and probably wouldn't be a necessity if more sub-forums were put into the english section. Is pr0n the same as porn? If so then no, not my thing. Yes, I'll stop by the irc channel once in a while. Frozentech is who showed it to me I believe. I very much respect the regulars there and find it a good place if a specific question is bugging me.

As for learning Dutch. I don't think I'll be putting that on my to-do list. I tried learning french for 5 years (well through the american public school system) and that didn't turn out too well, not too bad either. I think if need be I'll ask a mod to translate, thanks for the gesture by the way.

Yeah as a language Dutch sucks to learn ;).
Good luck for us Dutchies that Dutch people generally can
pronounce their English better in comparison to countries like
Germany, France, etc.

As said people will translate if you ask, I'm rather good at English
so if you need translating I'll be one of those people you can ask.

P.S> Pr0n is so 1995, nowadays we say N0rp! [/sarcasm]

The IRC chan you sometimes hang at is not in any way connected to this forum. I believe it is connected to APC forums, but am not sure. Should ask FT or Painter to be sure.
I personally do hang in there mainly cause it's fun and I learn a lot. Those guys make so much bigger stuff then I ever have.
Our IRC chan is on a different server and pretty much dead atm. Maybe 5 members regularly visit, of wich 2 actually idle. So best stay in #Pyrotech and hit me up there if something is up.

Yes, it seams that quite a few people on this forum speak english very well. Well type it well at least. That channel is not connected with APC, but some of the regulars are part of APC. Some actually don't like APC at all. What is this forum's channel?
