Hello From Germany

Hello,

I live in Aachen (Germany). I'm 22 and study chemistry in fifth semester. My experimental knowledge (organic chemistry, physical chemistry, inorganic chemistry, analytical chemistry) is quite good I think. I haven't done much pyro yet due to a lack of spare time. Furthermore I don't want to use chemicals of my university as I don't want to be exmatriculated :S
My dutch isn't very good so I post in english, I hope that's okay

Hi welcome, i study also chemistry at the university of Utrecht. I also do a lot of organic and inorganic chemistry. There are enough places to get your chemicals than the university.

As a german you should know that there are plenty resources :P

i only know fertilizer sources for NH4NO3 and KNO3. but i haven't searched for other sources yet.

Think pharmacies, diy stores, paintshops,gardencenters etc.
Look at the use of the chemical and its often easy to find.

The best way of obtaining chemicals is IMO by sharing information (and chems) with other pyro-enthousiasts. Two people usually find more than one, and 20 can find a heck of a lot more! If you know people, you'll always see that some can simply get chemicals easier and cheaper than others, depending on their environtment, age, occupation etc. For finding exclusive chemicals or buying cheap in bulk, Poland is the way to go! :P
